Complaints Procedure

If you remain dissatisfied after the internal complaint resolution process and if you are a consumer (as defined in the Central Bank (Supervision and Enforcement) Act 2013 (Section 48) (Consumer Protection) Regulations 2025) you have the right to refer your complaint to the Financial Services and Pensions Ombudsman. The Financial Services and Pensions Ombudsman (FSPO) is an independent, impartial, fair and free service that helps resolves complaints with pensions providers and regulated financial services providers.
